K-Mark Industrial Limited was officially established on April 29, 1981 by Stephen Kwok.  At that time, K-Mark primarily manufactured Electronic Modules in Hong Kong with both office and production lines under one roof.

 

In line with the business trend, K-Mark moved its production to a 200,000 sq. ft. factory in Shenzhen, China in 1987 but maintained it's Head Office in Hong Kong. In 2014, to continue it's unsurpassed customer service and client relations, K-Mark decided to open up an office in Toronto, Canada.
